Anelisa Mangcu's second exhibition, 'An Endless Night', held at the Belmond Mount Nelson Hotel in partnership with Investec Cape Town Art Fair, revolved around the theme of time. The collection explored past, present, and future, inviting interpretations from viewers who can integrate their ideas and experiences.
The artworks chosen commented on geographic, gender, and historical specificities of time, emphasising the pressure of ordinary existence. The exhibition opened on 28 August 2023 and featured works by Anico Mostert, Kimathi Mafafo, Feni Chulumanco and Richard Templeton-Smith.
